Was hard to get swing over relief as I couldn't get lock on swing to engage, so I used blade as a stop, and arm was fully over relief. Looks like I can adjust main relief to get some more oompf.

I hooked a pressure gage to the test port and raised the blade until it maxed out and read the pressure. I am getting around 2600 psi. A check of the service manual says it should be 3450.
