WebSINCE the only way to do it was through a skin. IF you do not own the skin THERE is no way to transfer it for aanyother player to use. you have to buy the skin pack. but since they removed the skin from the pack its no longer obtainable. i still have it done on my main account with 5 excavators. but no way to transfer them in anyway skinned.
