WebFeb 27, 2015 · The trans psi light coming on w/ the park brake lever is lifted is not normal and is indicating the charge pressure is low in the transmission. Oil and filter change might fix it but most likely there is internal leakage that is causing the problem, maybe a relief valve, park brake solenoid or maybe one of the charge pumps has failed.

I changed the oil pressure sending switch on the engine and it did not change the problem. I put a mechanical gauge on the engine and it indicates over 60 PSI on cold engine start up.

WebJan 3, 2020 · When your lights are lit can you crank and start the engine or do you have to disconnect the battery and reconnect to start it? Check the blue/yellow wire to the alternator.
